Manure Digester System: (Use Type: Accessory Use-Biomass Energy Production For Use <br /> On Premises) <br /> 1) Construction of a 400 square foot manure separator building <br /> 2) One(1) mix tank(12 feet tall) <br /> 3) One(1) Digester tank(60 feet tall and 50 feet in diameter) <br /> Feed Dryer System: (Use Type-Agricultural Processing-Food Manufacturing) <br /> 1) Feed dryer building (9600 square feet) <br /> 2) Three (3) tanks for grain raw material storage (30 feet tall and 14 feet in <br /> diameter) <br /> c. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional stormwater drainage created by new <br /> improvements shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm <br /> drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by <br /> a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1135) <br /> d_ PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced <br /> and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and <br /> asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust <br /> free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[e]) <br /> (2) According to Development Title Section 9-1015.9, parking requirements <br /> may be given at the discretion of the Director. A minimum of 3 (three) <br /> parking spaces shall be provided. <br /> e. LOADING: 1 (one) loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of <br /> 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 <br /> feet.
