The plan shall include,but shall not be limited to,the following: • A description of all hazardous materials and hazardous wastes that would be utilized or located on site during the construction period; • Handling,transport,treatment,and disposal procedures,compliant with manufacturer recommendations and federal, state,and local requirements, shall be documented and adhered to for each hazardous material or hazardous waste; • Preparedness,prevention,contingency,and emergency procedures shall be included for each chemical or category of chemical that would be stored or utilized on site; • Personnel training including,but not limited to(1)recognition of existing or potential hazards resulting from accidental spills or other releases; (2)implementation of evacuation,notification,and other emergency 4.9 Hazards and Hazardous Materials(cont.) response procedures;(3)management,awareness,and handling of hazardous materials and hazardous wastes,as required by the level of personnel responsibility; • Provisions for materials safety data sheets(MSDS)to be kept onsite and readily accessible for each onsite hazardous chemical; • Equipping of hazardous materials storage areas, including temporary storage areas,with secondary containment sufficient in size to contain the volume of the largest container or tank;and
