It shall be available for review by construction <br /> inspectors,and implementation of compliance measures shall be monitored by <br /> the applicant. <br /> The plan shall include,but shall not be limited to,the following: <br /> • A description of all hazardous materials and hazardous wastes that would <br /> be utilized or located on site during the construction period; <br /> • Handling,transport,treatment,and disposal procedures,compliant with <br /> manufacturer recommendations and federal, state,and local requirements, <br /> shall be documented and adhered to for each hazardous material or <br /> hazardous waste; <br /> • Preparedness,prevention,contingency,and emergency procedures shall <br /> be included for each chemical or category of chemical that would be stored <br /> or utilized on site; <br /> • Personnel training including,but not limited to(1)recognition of existing or <br /> potential hazards resulting from accidental spills or other releases; <br /> (2)implementation of evacuation,notification,and other emergency <br /> 4.9 Hazards and Hazardous Materials(cont.) <br /> response procedures;(3)management,awareness,and handling of <br /> hazardous materials and hazardous wastes,as required by the level of <br /> personnel responsibility; <br /> • Provisions for materials safety data sheets(MSDS)to be kept onsite and <br /> readily accessible for each onsite hazardous chemical; <br /> • Equipping of hazardous materials storage areas, including temporary <br /> storage areas,with secondary containment sufficient in size to contain the <br /> volume of the largest container or tank;and <br />
