Subsequent Discretionary Approvals and Applicable Law, or impositions voluntarily agreed to
<br /> and accepted by Developer in consideration for County's approval of this Agreement.
<br /> 1.1.20. Existing Approvals. Those Approvals for the Property obtained or
<br /> enacted by County as of the date hereof, as identified on Exhibit B attached hereto, together with
<br /> any Subsequent Discretionary Approvals by County, including conditions of each such approval
<br /> or action, upon the effective date of each such approval or action.
<br /> 1.1.21. Existing Land Use Regulations. Any Land Use Regulations in effect as of
<br /> the Effective Date of this Agreement, to the extent that the same are not inconsistent with this
<br /> Agreement, including the Existing Approvals and any Subsequent Discretionary Approvals.
<br /> 1.1.22. Expansion Property. Any real property added to the original Property
<br /> subject to this Agreement pursuant to Section 1.8.7. hereof.
<br /> 1.1.23. Future Land Use Regulations. Any Land Use Regulations enacted after
<br /> the Effective Date of this Agreement (including amendments to Existing Land Use Regulations).
<br /> 1.1.24. General Plan. County's General Plan as amended by County on
<br /> November 10, 1994, by Resolution No. R-94-692 of the Board of Supervisors, as it may be
<br /> subsequently amended from time to time and applied to the Property consistent with the Existing
<br /> Approvals, any Subsequent Discretionary Approvals and the terms of this Agreement.
<br /> 1.1.25. Governmental Entity, Governmental Entities. Any and all Federal, State,
<br /> regional and local governmental agencies and officials, including courts and administrative
<br /> tribunals as well as governmental and quasi-governmental authorities, agencies, districts, boards,
<br /> bureaus, commissions, departments, instrumentalities and other public bodies and political
<br /> subdivisions, having jurisdiction over the Property or any aspect or part thereof.
<br /> 1.1.26. Indemnitee(s). All person(s), firm(s), corporation(s), and other entities
<br /> required to be indemnified pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
<br /> 1.1.27. Infrastructure. All public facilities and improvements, on-site and off-
<br /> site, necessary for the development and/or use of the Property or to mitigate the significant
<br /> impacts of the development and/or use of the Property, including the Project, as identified in the
<br /> Existing Approvals, or in the Subsequent Discretionary Approvals, or as may otherwise be
<br /> constructed and dedicated or conveyed to County or another public agency, including but not
<br /> limited to, street and highway improvements, drainage improvements, sanitary sewer
<br /> improvements, and water storage and transmission facilities.
<br /> 1.1.28. Land Use Regulations. All Legal Requirements of the County governing
<br /> the use, development, construction and operation of the Property, including the permitted use of
<br /> land, the density or intensity of the use of land, the rate of development of land, requirements for
<br /> the subdivision of land,the maximum height and size and other design, improvement and
<br /> construction standards and specifications of proposed buildings on land and provisions for
<br /> reservation or dedication of land for public purposes, including any voter initiative, referenda or
<br /> moratoria. Specifically, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing,the Land Use
