The Regional Transportation Impact Fee based on the Final Traffic Impact Analysis dated November 21 2013 <br /> shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application <br /> for each phase of the project. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 9. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable prior to issuance of the building permit for each phase of the project. The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent.The fee will be based on <br /> the current schedule at the time of payment. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, <br /> R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 10. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit for each phase of the <br /> project. <br /> 11. Verification shall be obtained from the Public Works Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development <br /> has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects for each phase of the project. <br /> Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 12. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto <br /> other properties and to prevent offsite sediment transport. Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6)foot <br /> high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to release <br /> of building permit for Phase 1 of the project. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 13. Applicant shall file `Permit Registration Documents' (PRD)with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB),and submit the `Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID) issued by SWRCB to the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> 14. Prior to issuance of building permit for Phase 1 of the project,the developer shall prepare and record a <br /> mechanism that notices future owners of the possible future UPRR grade separation project and submit a copy <br /> to Public Works. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District(209- <br /> 982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management <br /> Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices,ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.)
