DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />{ Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required (Planning Title Section 9-9112) . <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when the <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time i <br /> of the building permit application. (The fees currently are <br /> $6, 102 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Retail/Service", $2 , 603 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of <br /> building as "Office" , $1, 889. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of <br /> building as "Service Commercial" , $1, 323 . 00 per 1, 000 gross <br /> square foot of building as "Warehouse" , and $1, 043 . 00 per <br /> 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Manufacturing" in the <br /> Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted on <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cast Index <br /> as published by the engineering News Record) (Resolution R--90-- <br /> 304) . <br /> l <br /> C. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map <br /> (Planning Title Section 9--9184) . <br /> d. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right <br /> of Service Units (R.O.S.U. ) for sanitary sewer have been paid <br /> for the proposed subdivision prior <br /> to approval of the Parcel <br /> Map (City of Stockton Resolution No. 38 , 368) . <br /> e. Segregation of services and fees for the sanitary sewer shall <br /> be applied for (City of Stockton Resolution No. 38 , 368) . <br /> i <br /> f. Permits from Central California Traction Company for access <br /> across railroad tracks shall be required for the additional 1 <br /> parcel (Planning Title Section 9-9380) . i <br /> i <br /> s <br /> I <br />
