PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> b. Connection to a public sewer system is required prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> 3. CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> a. The frontage improvements for Sanguinetti Lane shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 60-foot-wide right-of-way urban street. The construction of <br /> the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by <br /> the owner of a Deferred Frontage and roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs, with the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Public Works, prior to approval of the Parcel <br /> Map. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed, legal description of Parcels #1 and #2 and an <br /> estimate for the required frontage improvements. the estimate <br /> and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br /> supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to <br /> the Department for approval. As an option the Department of <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $100. 00) . <br />
