The Assessor's Parcel Number"for the site is 209-240-25, and a <br /> parcel map and vicinity map are attached. The purpose of our study was to determine the <br /> suitability of the property for septic tank usage. The study was performed in general accordance <br /> to the requirements of Section 9-10100© of San Joaquin County Ordinance. The following <br /> includes background information regarding the proposed development, past and present use of <br /> the site, existing septic tank performance and permitting, and the groundwater conditions in the <br /> project area. In addition, discussions regarding our investigative procedures, the site conditions <br /> encountered during our field exploration, and the results of percolation tests are presented. <br /> r Finally, our project limitations are provided. <br /> 1. SITE DESCRIPTION/PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The 46.42-acre project site is zoned I-G (general industrial). A warehouse is located in the <br /> southern portion of the property. A paved parking area is located north of the existing <br /> L warehouse and two basins are located north and south of the structure. An industrial/fire well is <br /> located near the northwest corner of the warehouse. Additional improvements to the property <br /> include a monitoring well, fire hazard tank, and underground,utilities. The northern portion of <br /> the parcel consisted primarily of a fallow agricultural field. A vicinity map and a plot plan <br /> showing the existing plant layout and the proposed parcel split are attached. <br /> It is proposed to split the existing parcel into two parcels.
