The estimated direction of groundwater flow is <br /> Workplan Owens-Brockway Glass to the northeast. Groundwater depth and flow direction may be <br /> Containers Facility Tracy, California, Influenced by local pumping, rainfall, and irrigation patterns. <br /> Golder Associates,August 11,2000 . Evaluation of such factors is beyond the scope of this assessment. <br /> 3.3.
