(CCR,Title <br /> 24) <br /> (3) The proposed project is located within an expansive soil area where a <br /> conventional foundation may not be suitable. Therefore, an engineer is required <br /> to evaluate the foundation design. <br /> i. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the`tow away' sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2(b)) <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1120.2) <br /> C. Destroy any abandoned wells under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. (Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> d. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Envirionmental Health Division.
