(2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020) (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the Development Title. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (C.C.R., Title 24) (2) The existing structure exceeds the allowable floor area permitted by the Uniform Building Code for an S-1,2 occupancy and III N type of construction. The building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system, change type of construction, or separated into conforming areas with area separation wall(s). n. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of: Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code (public water mains). (2) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix III-B of the Uniform Fire Code. (3) Fire protection systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. (4) All valves controlling the water supply for automatic fire sprinkler systems and water-flow switches shall be monitored in accordance with 904.3.1 of the California Fire Code.
