5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed use will not interfere with or alter the <br /> current land uses on adjacent properties. The parcel will remain zoned R-L (Low Density <br /> Residential). The proposed project will utilize an existing residence. The parcels to the north, <br /> south and east are zoned residentially and contain residences. The parcel to the west is <br /> zoned C-L (Limited Commercial) and contains an existing neighborhood market.
