Shattuck Tract Road APN: 058-070-29, 31 & 32 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Lower Sacramento Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 110-feet. <br /> Alberg Road has an existing right-of-way width of variable feet and a planned right-of-way width of variable feet. <br /> Shattuck Tract Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40-feet and a planned right-of-way of 50-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the <br /> County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each individual <br /> lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field inspection fees and <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br /> 3.
