Shaw Road APN: 143-270-38 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Shaw Road has an existing right-of-way width of 70-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 70-feet. <br /> Fremont Street has an existing variable width right-of-way and a planned right-of-way width as determined by Cal Trans. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
