Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)permit from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board,prior to beginning on any construction. <br /> 9. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the <br /> County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each individual <br /> lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field inspection fees <br /> and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Parcel <br /> Map.
