Upon development of the "Designated Remainders,"drainage from the improved portion of the parcel shall <br /> be retained on-site by a retention basin (I 8-inch maximum depth). Volume of the basin shall be calculated <br /> by a registered Civil Engineer, a licensed Architect, or licensed Contractor, prior to issuance of Building <br /> Permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135.9) <br /> 5. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 6. The frontage improvements for Shaw Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 60-foot right-of-way Local Industrial Roadway. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2[d][3]) <br /> 7. This development may be subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). Contact Jenifer Storsteen with <br /> MuniFinancial at(800) 700-6864, extension 1534, to determine if there is a current remaining lien that is subject <br /> to the reapportionment process. Any fees and/or remaining lien payoffs related to the SJAFCA assessment shall <br /> be paid prior to recording of Notice of Lot Line Adjustment/Parcel Map/Final Map <br /> 8. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)permit from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board,prior to beginning on any construction. <br /> 9. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the <br /> County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each individual <br /> lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field inspection fees <br /> and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Parcel <br /> Map. (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br /> 10.
