Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of
Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is
consistent with the City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to
apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to
annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a deferred annexation agreement if the
property is not deemed contiguous to the City, and pay the applicable fees. Further,
the owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of
any sewer mains to serve this project, as required, to meet City standards. This
may include the extension of the sewer main across the entire frontage of the
property.
2. The owner/developer should install complete frontage improvements on Shaw Road
including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway installation, pavement
widening and street lighting prior to occupancy of any new buildings/structures on
this site. Should installation of these improvements prove not practical due to
existing physical constraints, the owner/developer should enter into a Deferred
Improvement Agreement whereby the owner/developer agrees to install the required
improvements at such time as it is practical.
www.stocktongov.com
"STOCKTON...CALIFORNIA'S SUNRISE SEAPORT"
