(DISTRICT 2) . <br /> APPLICANT : Manuel Carruesco APN: 143 -270-23 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area . In addition, <br /> the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, <br /> and floodway areas , are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105 , Presidio of <br /> San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186 . <br /> The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The <br /> official flood maps are available for review at the Department <br /> of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These <br /> flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> Shaw Road has an existing right-of-way width of 70 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 70 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 4 ) <br /> 2 .
