INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of eight existing parcels. The subject parcel <br /> numbers are 067-250-05, 067-240-02, 067-280-09, 067-250-02, 067-190-06, 093-190-05, C <br /> 093-190-02, and 093-200-12.The project is an agricultural community. The parcels are <br /> zoned AG-80 or AG-40. <br /> 1.2 Description of Proposed Development: It is proposed to divide the existing parcels`a&Id <br /> reducing them into smaller parcels in accordance with current zoning. In accordance with the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title,this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or <br /> historical environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, <br /> and County records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN <br /> page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: l <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information <br /> of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Geno Giannecchini. The owner was <br /> _ interviewed in August, 2015. Mr. Giannecchini has owned the subject parcel for less than 10 years. (3 0 <br /> The land use has not changed under his ownership. It has always been used for agricultural purposes. CZ <br /> Some new orchard development is currently occurring. <br /> Presently the property is used for agricultural purposes. The surrounding properties area also <br /> used for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at <br /> the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioner's office on September 1, 2015 (see appendix for <br /> results). An onsite survey was performed in August, 2015 by Joe Murphy of Dillon& Murphy. The 0 <br /> owner was interviewed in August, 2015 by Joe Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department's underground storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the <br /> subject parcel (see appendix). A search for U.S.T./LU.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and (`-f 9 <br /> yielded no findings.
