I <br /> cannot see any justification in re-routing the river through part of our ranch. <br /> The potential damage to our pump operation farther down the river cannot be accurately evaluated <br /> until after the fact. The potential for erosion to our walnut orchard cannot be evaluated at this <br /> time. <br /> We will remain adamantly opposed to any action affecting the course of the Calaveras River where <br /> it may have any impact on any portion of the ranch or its operations. <br /> No fiuther action should be considered without a complete Environmental Impact Report on all <br /> aspects of this project and any potential results of it. <br /> Please send me a copy of the Development Services Division action and any further <br /> correspondence on this project which may impact the ranch. <br /> Sincerely. <br /> W.
