Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report, APN: 207-020-01, Parcels 1,2&3 <br /> property except for a 0.1 mile length south from the north boundary line. As you proceed <br /> north along the westerly north-south access road from Skiff Road past the well on the <br /> right, you come to the westerly terminus of an east-west service road There is a pump <br /> and power pole located east of the access road and on the Horth side of the east-west <br /> service road at this "T'junction as well as a house, utility building and a barn located on <br /> the adjacent property to the west. of the north-south access road <br /> The next thing of note you come to as you proceed north is an uncultivated area <br /> immediately south of Temple Creek for a short distance in length and about one rice <br /> check in width. There is also a three-foot diameter pipe under the access mad at the <br /> crossing of Temple Creek. <br /> Another east-west service road along the south boundary line of Parcel three is <br /> encountered next as you proceed north with no improvement or facilities at this junction. <br /> As you proceed further north along the westerly north-south access road you <br /> encounter on it's west side a stand pipe, pump and power pole which is the last power <br /> pole in the power pole line on the west side of the north-south access road. <br /> There is a ditch that runs along the full length of the service road that runs along <br /> the east-west service road. <br /> As you proceed north along the easterly north-south access road from Skiff Road, <br /> you encounter, as shown on the attached "Parcel Map".. a pump, standpipe and power <br /> pole on the west side of the easterly north-south access road at the second power pole in a <br /> line of power poles on the east side of the easterly north-south access road,.all along the <br /> west boundary line of the subject property. <br /> As you go further north you come upon>two stand pipes, a pump and power pole <br /> on the west side of the north-south access road and on the north side of the east-west <br /> service road that forms a"T"junction at this point. <br /> As you proceed further north along the easterly north-south access road you <br /> encounter Temple Creek, as well as an existing north-south irrigation canal naming along <br /> the east side of the north-south access road abutting the east boundary line of the subject <br /> property. The irrigation canal curves to the east here and then proceeds a little ways 4 <br /> further south. There is a three-foot diameter pipe under the north-south access road at its <br /> crossing of Temple creek. Other features at this junction of Temple Creek and the "S" <br /> curve of the irrigation canal are two stand pipes, two 18" concrete pipes lying in a north- <br /> south direction, two portions of concrete lined canal slopes lying in a east-west direction, <br /> two 24"diameter metal pipes allowing water to'flow through a wall into the junction of <br /> Temple Creek and the irrigation canal and a three-foot culvert under an earthen dike to <br /> allow water to flow further south in the irrigation canal. <br /> Immediately north of the junction of Temple Creek and the existing irrigation <br /> canal on the east side of the north-south access road is an abandoned 5 feet long tank, 3 <br /> Green Farms and Luis Dairy, 23283 Skiff Road, Escalon, (209) 848-0481 <br /> 2 <br />
