Anderson&Associates (NCA) has been retained by Robert Juencke of Stockton to prepare <br /> a Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the property identified as 3523 West Sonoma <br /> Avenue, Stockton,California. <br /> This report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the SanJoaquin County Development Title, <br /> §9-905.12, as follows: <br /> A surface and subsurface contamination report shall be required at the time of the tentative map <br /> submittal. The surface and subsurface contamination report sball be prepared by a quaked <br /> envimnmenta1prnfessionalandshallidentify anypotentialsource ofsurface orsubsurface contamination <br /> caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of nonpoint source ofhaZardous <br /> materials,inc/udingagricultura/chemicalresidues,aswellaspotentialpointsources,such as fuelstorage <br /> tanks, septic ystemr, or chemical storage areas. <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible <br /> and based on the search methods described in the text sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations intended to inform the client and <br /> allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> any potential contamination sources identified.
