NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized use of <br /> this report <br /> L1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> L1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located at 3523 W. Sonoma Avenue,approximately three-quarters of a mile to <br /> { the west of Interstate 5,and approximately one-quarter mile north of County Club Blvd. The property <br /> 1r consists of a rectangular,0.350-acre parcel(APN 109-090-13). One single-family residence is located <br /> ` on the eastern portion of the property. / <br /> y According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject <br /> property is zoned R-L(Low Density Residential)."This zone is intended to provide for neighborhoods <br /> I consisting of detached,single family residences located within or immediately adjacent to population <br /> L centers which have public services." <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
