CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-91-94 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> e. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1481, A. B. 939 , <br /> and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> f. Demolition of all dilapidated structures (s) and removal of all <br /> demolition material from premises to an approved landfill <br /> site. <br /> g. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows: Raise well casing <br /> to not less than twelve inches above ground level and install <br /> a surface seal around well casing. <br /> 3 . MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The project shall conform with the Uniform Fire Code and <br /> Standards. <br /> b. The project shall conform with, if applicable, the National <br /> Fire Protection Association Standards. <br /> C. The project shall conform with, if applicable, the City of <br /> Lathrop or San Joaquin County Fire Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> d. The Fire Department Development Fee ' s shall be paid in <br /> accordance with the City of Lathrop, or San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance and Resolutions adopting the fee schedule. <br /> Industrial/Commercial @ $. 21 per square foot single family, <br /> multi-family and mobile homes @ $ . 19 per square foot. <br /> e. Provide 20 foot wide all weather fire department access road <br /> with a minimum compaction of 90% and provide a turnaround with <br /> a radius of 50 feet. <br /> 4 . PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A ten foot (101 ) wide public utility easement shall be <br /> dedicated on all lot frontages on the final map. <br />
