The private right-of-way shall be dedicated as a public <br /> utility easement and that a 10-foot wide public utility <br /> easement shall be dedicated along the perimeter of the <br /> private road and along the north side of Parcel 1. <br /> b. Any existing pole line facilities affected by the subject <br /> development will be relocated or placed underground at <br /> the owner' s or developer ' s expense. <br /> 5 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> a. Remove and replace the "Rfb" line to District <br /> specifications within the boundary of this subdivision or <br /> pay maintenance fees established by the district if the <br /> existing line is to remain. <br /> b. Provide all necessary easements on the Final Parcel Map <br /> for irrigation facilities within the subdivision. <br /> C. The District ' s Irrigation Service Abandonment Agreement <br /> shall be executed for all parcels or provide the <br /> necessary easements and extend irrigation lines to each <br /> lot. Provide Irrigation Service Abandonments and remove <br /> structures for those parcels no longer requiring <br /> irrigation service. <br /> d. All road crossings shall be reinforced concrete pipe per <br /> District specifications. <br /> e. Provide access and access easements to all portions of <br /> the irrigation pipeline. <br /> f . Improvement Plans shall be submitted for review and <br /> approval by the District's Board of Directors prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Parcel Map. <br />
