The new rural residential road located on APN 208-080-01 <br /> which provides the access for Parcels 2 , 3 , & 4 shall be <br /> completed and accepted or bonded prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. (Planning Title Section 9-9380) <br /> e. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) <br /> f. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a . A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DPCB) and Nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation on Parcel 1 under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> parcels 2 , 3 , and 4 under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e. Demolish all dilapidated structure (s) and remove all <br /> demolition material from the premises to an approved <br /> landfill site. <br /> f . Construct an individual domestic water well on parcels 2 , <br /> 3 , and 4 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 4 .
