7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated July 21, 2011, for surrounding facilities of concern. The subject Site was not listed, and no listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). No nearby wells that had been tested were identified. 7.3 Office of Emergency Services Databases The San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer was searched on September 12, 2013 for any hazardous materials inventories for the Site. No records were identified for the Site address or parcel number. 7.4 Agricultural Commissioner's Records The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding the agricultural use of the site. According to Hiromi Hernandez of that office, no agricultural chemical use reports were on file for the Site for the past five years (personal communication, September 9, 2013). 7.5 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on September 8, 2013 for mapped oil or gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified within the search area. 7.6 National Pipeline Mapping System Database Live Oak reviewed the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration's (PHMSA) National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter mile of the Site. Based on this source, it appears that a natural gas transmission pipeline runs along the northern property line of the Site, the pipeline is owned by PG&E and is in service.
