Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway shall be improved <br /> in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin <br /> County Standards F-1 a, F-1 b, and F-1 c, and the Liberty Fire District prior to issuance of <br /> the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d), which <br /> indicates that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcels 1 and 2 under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> e. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems on Parcels 1 and 2 under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> f. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)). Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an <br /> air gap for backflow prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the <br /> discharge pipe but not less than six inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two Y4- <br /> inch slits extending six inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other, or <br /> a backflow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. Install a cement <br /> surface seal around the well casing to sufficiently protect the well casing and the integrity <br /> of the well grout. <br /> 4. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION: <br /> a. In-lieu fees are required for park development. (County Ordinance No. 9-1230-8) <br /> 5. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - MS-94-37 <br />
