...c <br /> RECORDS REVIEW <br /> The SJC Agricultural Commissioner's office checked for any record of chemical use permits <br /> under the name of Long and Carlile. None were found in the last 5 years. <br /> ADDITIONAL RECORD SOURCES <br /> The EDR Radius Map with Geocheck, dated June 2, 2003 is included in this report.No listings <br /> in the vicinity(1/2 mile) of the site were observed. The SJC Assessor's Map, Book 007 Page 15 is <br /> also included and shows the surrounding parcels. <br /> UTILITIES <br /> The available utilities are electricity and telephone. Each of the three additional proposed lots will <br /> require a well and on site septic. <br /> SITE RECONNAISSANCE AND OWNER STATEMENT <br /> The site was visited on July 28, 2003. Typical photographs are included in this report.. The land <br /> appeared to have been recently mowed. <br /> The included photographs A-D are described as follows: <br /> A-View of center of parcel to residence. B -New fence along north P/L, a new residence is <br /> being constructed on the north side of the fence. C - View of residence from the south P/L. The <br /> domestic well is to the right of the residence. <br /> The entire parcel was traversed and appears clean. An Environmental Questionnaire was mailed <br /> to the owner. A Mr. Fred Long Faxed back the questionnaire. He stated the land has remained <br /> natural for the last 30 years. The site is located in Sec 11, T. 4 N. R. 7 E. The only structures on <br /> the parcel consist of the residence and garage. No outbuildings or sheds exist. The well is <br /> partially screened by a wooden fence. The adjoining properties are 5 acre homesites, except the <br /> parcel to the west which is 20 acres. One of the adjoining parcels to the south has accumulated <br /> several piles of materials, some of which appears to be in the trash category.No containers were <br /> observed in the visual inspection. <br /> FINDINGS <br /> There are no known or suspect environmental conditions associated with the parcel. <br /> 3. <br />
