FINDINGS <br /> There are no known or suspect environmental conditions,reported or observed, associated with <br /> the parcel. The property has a rental history and as such the rental occupants are not an available <br /> source of information. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> No attempt has been made to identify hazardous substances as they occur naturally or may exist in <br /> existing structures. It is probable asbestos may exist in the existing residence along with mold. <br /> Radon gas may be present also. No warranties may be expressed or implied by this report. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> We have performed a Phase 1, Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and <br /> limitations of ASTM Practice E 1527 for the 2-lot subdivision.
