CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-94-27 <br /> J-M MANUFACTURING COMPANY <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the Issuance of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, <br /> and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. This approval is for four silos as shown on the Site Plan submitted May 23, 1994. All proposed <br /> silos are to be less than 70 feet tall. <br /> b. The silos shall comply with the Federal Aviation Administration Air Space Determination. A copy <br /> of the Air Space Determination shall be submitted to the Community Development Department. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1610.4) <br /> C. Submit an Improvement Plan showing all existing and proposed structures, drainage, driveway <br /> access details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility services, landscaping, screening, <br /> fencing, signs, and grading. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements <br /> shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. A plan check fee will be required. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-884) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> See attached memo dated June 16, 1994. <br /> 3. STOCKTON METROPOLITAN AIRPORT: <br /> See attached letter dated June 6, 1994. <br /> Conditions of Approval 1 - SA-94-27 <br />
