(APN: 177-280-39 ; 1051 E. <br /> Sperry Rd. , Stockton) (District 1) . <br /> APPLICANT: J-M Manufacturing Company APN: 177-280-39 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within flood Zone AO (Depth 1) a Federal Flood <br /> Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100- <br /> Year Flood Depth will be approximately 1 foot above the natural <br /> ground. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of <br /> Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineates flood risks, <br /> flood plains, and floodway areas, are currently being re-evaluated. <br /> The re-evaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency (FEMA) , Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San <br /> Francisco, California, 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The re- <br /> evaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public <br /> Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be <br /> updated when the re-evaluation process is completed. <br /> Sperry Road frontage is within City of Stockton City Limits. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
