The area is subject to shallow flooding,to a depth of one foot, <br /> All of Sperry Road fronting the subject parcel is within the City of Stockton and has an existing variable-width <br /> right--of-way (30 feet north of the centerline) with a planned right-of-way width as determined by the City of <br /> Stockton. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I.
