CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-92-0056 <br /> VALIMET, INC. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. This approval shall permit the construction of a 1,260- <br /> square foot building for the expansion of an existing <br /> metal (aluminum, aluminum alloys, and bronze) powder <br /> manufacturing facility. <br /> b. Storm drainage run-off shall be terminal into the <br /> drainage ditch that empties into French Camp Slough. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> C. The construction of the approved building shall comply <br /> with the requirements of the County Development Title' s <br /> Flood Hazard Ordinance (Section 9-1605) . <br /> d. There shall be no outside storage associated with the <br /> approved use. <br /> e. There shall be no additional advertising signs for the <br /> facility as a part of this approval. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $1, 102 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Manufacturing" in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br />
