The 100-Year Flood <br /> Elevation will be approximately 17 feet NGVD. <br /> Harlan Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet, and future developments <br /> may require right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage , driveway access details , on-site <br /> parking, existing and proposed utility services, and grading, <br /> shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval . Interim drainage shall be provided by on-site <br /> percolation pond. calculations shall be submitted for <br /> approval . <br /> 2 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> 3. The Lathrop Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for this development . (The fee shall be $0. 38/sq.ft . of <br /> building or $3 ,300/acre , whichever yields the larger fee . <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> 4 . Transportation permit will be required for oversize loads. <br />
