1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT:
6. A.1 Description of site: The project consists of one 21.60± acre parcel located at
19267 E. Stampede Road, Lodi, CA. The project is in an agricultural community, and the
existing parcel is zoned AL-10 (limited agriculture 10 acre).
✓1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split the 21.60 acre parcel into
two even parcels of 10.8*acres each. In accordance with the San Joaquin County
Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR) is being
submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical
environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and
county records. This SSCR includes minimal chemical analysis.
A1.3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative map with Vicinity Map, and APN Page).
//1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map).
2.0 PAST PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE:
x/2.1 Discussion of past, present, and proposed future uses: The primary source of information
of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Mr. Van Wyck. Mr. Van Wyck
was interviewed on March 14, 2006. Mr. Van Wyck has owned the property for approximately
7 years. This property and all surrounding properties have consistently been used for agricultural
and rural residences.
//Future use of the property consists of continuing use as vineyards. No construction is proposed
at this time.
3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF
CONTAMINATION:
✓3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at
the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on March 14, 2006 (see appendix for
results). An onsite survey was performed on March 16,2006 by staff of Dillon&Murphy. The
` San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank mitigation
database list did not yield any concerns. A search of the regional water control board leaking
underground storage tank quarterly report for January 2006 did not yield any findings for the
` subject parcel. A search of underground storage tank program facilities yielded no findings in
subject parcel area. A search of records at the office of Emergency Services did not yield any
` incidents concerning the subject parcel. This search was requested on March 14, 2006 and
completed on March 31, 2006. (See appendix for results).
" t-*3.2 Description of all past on-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources
of contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potential for contamination are
low.
