• 5.0 INTERVIEWS <br /> 5.1 Interview with Client <br /> Tom Horsley was interviewed during the site visit on August 31, 2016. At this <br /> time, he indicated that he and his wife have owned the Site for 13 years. He <br /> stated that the walnut orchard on the Site is approximately 80 years old. The Z ,� <br /> house was built in 2002 or 2003, he said, and the barn was built eight years ago. <br /> He indicated that two septic systems, a domestic well, an irrigation well, and a <br /> capped irrigation well are located on the Site. <br /> Mr. Horsley indicated that the above-ground diesel tank is used to fuel the farm <br /> equipment. He stated that agricultural chemicals are maintained off-site by the <br /> farm manager. ? -2 <br /> Mr. Horsley was not aware of any underground fuel tanks, buried trash, dumping, <br /> or other environmental issues with the potential to affect the Site. <br /> 6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br /> 6.1 Environmental Health Department Records <br /> • Hazardous Materials Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br /> regarding the Site addresses of 6100, 6350, and 5900 South Stanley Road. <br /> According to Ashreen Ali, no records related to hazardous materials are on file <br /> (correspondence, August 30, 2016). <br /> Well & Septic Permits <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> well and septic permit files for the Site addresses. Five permits were identified: <br /> • June 1995 permit for new domestic well southwest of mobile home (6100). <br /> It appears that this permit refers to another property across Stanley Road <br /> from the Site. <br /> • July 2003 permit for new domestic well southeast of new home (6100). <br /> • October 2003 permit for new septic system at house. The system utilizes <br /> a 1,600-gallon tank, two 60-foot leach lines, and four 42-inch diameter by <br /> 25-foot deep seepage pits (6100). <br /> • October 2003 permit for new pump at domestic well (6100). <br /> • September 2008 permit for new septic system to serve barn/apartment. <br /> • The system utilizes a 1,200-gallon tank, two 40-foot leach lines, and two <br /> 36-inch diameter by 25-foot deep seepage pits (6350). <br /> LOGE 1624 4 <br />
