• In the 2008 photo, the barn can now be seen to the south of the house on the <br /> Site. <br /> In the 2014 photo, no significant changes are apparent. <br /> These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report. <br /> 4.0 SITE INSPECTION ; <br /> Live Oak inspected the site on August 31, 2016. Photographs of the Site are <br /> attached to this report as Appendix 2. The perimeter of the Site was inspected, <br /> as well as the vicinity of the house. It was not always possible to inspect the <br /> ground surface due to the presence of objects and vegetation. <br /> The Site is a walnut orchard with a house (6100 South Stanley Road) and a 2. / <br /> barn/apartment (6350 South Stanley Road). A paved driveway leads from <br /> Stanley Road to the two structures. <br /> The domestic well is located southeast of the house. Just south of this is a 500- <br /> gallon above-ground diesel storage tank. The vicinity of the tank appeared <br /> • clean. <br /> The irrigation well is located near the center of the far eastern property line. <br /> Approximately 40 feet north of the well is an older wellhead without a pump. <br /> Six pole-mounted transformers are present on the Site, three along Stanley Road <br /> near the house and three at the southeast corner of the Site. All of the <br /> transformers were labeled with blue stickers indicating that they are free of <br /> polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). <br /> Woodpiles are located at the northeast and southeast corners of the Site. No <br /> trash or hazardous materials were noted. % 3 <br /> Orchards are located to the north, south, and west of the Site. To the east of the <br /> Site is open crop land. Irrigation ditches run along the northern and eastern <br /> property lines. <br /> On the adjacent parcel carved from the west side of the Site, a 500-gallon above- <br /> ground storage tank was observed. Based on its distance from the property line, <br /> the tank does not appear likely to have impacted the Site. <br /> • <br /> LOGE 1624 3 <br />
