J <br /> Chandler Martin -2- <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-05-836 (SA) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $193.16 per additional daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction <br /> Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. The Regional Traffic Impact Fees shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1000.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as retail service. The fee shall be based on current schedule.) (Resolutions 06-38) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 7.
