N. August 16, 2004 NOA Project Number: E04095A 60 In his responses to the questionnaire,Mr.Scriven indicated that the current owners of the subject property since 2004 are Ronald and Susan Robinson. The former owner was Lydia Maggio, L trustee under the will of Roy Maggio. He indicated that the structures on the subject property were constructed around 1945. L. Mr. Scriven was interviewed in person on August 11, 2004. During the interview, he indicated that only one well is located on the subject property and that it serves the labor camp. He stated that, to the best of his knowledge, the bunk house and the two residences should each have a septic system. The system for the bunk house is located to the north of that structure, he said, but he does not know the locations of the other systems. Mr. Scriven indicated that irrigation L water for the fields is pumped from the slough. According to Mr. Scriven, chemicals are mixed as needed in the field, and there are no chemical ` storage or mixing locations near the labor camp. He indicated that the small shed is used for the storage of empty chemical containers only. He pointed out that only one of the several above- ground storage tanks on the property is currently in use. v 3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION 3.1 Research Methods ` NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information. On a street map showing the location of the subject property, a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries, and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address ranges for all streets within the quarter mile. All agency databases searchable by address are then searched for these address ranges. r. 3.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control Board Our office reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks(LUST)list Only 2004), the Water Purveyors Quarterly Report on MTBE Duly 2004),and the Spills,Leaks,Investigations,and Cleanups (SLIQ list (April 2004) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board L (CVRWQCB) in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. The subject property was not listed on any of these databases, and no addresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the databases. 6. 5
