Hwy 12, Lodi Ca <br /> An additional complaint was received alleging that the market had reopened for business and the <br /> dwellings had been reoccupied. A re-check of the property on March 31, 2000 by Adrienne ' <br /> Ellsaesser Sr. R.E.H.S, verified the complaint. The following conditions were issued to you on <br /> March 9, 2000. You are currently in violation of these conditions and codes. <br /> i. Jacobs Market was closed and posted as such. This facility shall remain closed until the well s <br /> has been installed and found to meet the standards fora Transient Non-Community Water <br /> System. (TNCWS) <br /> 2. The home and mobile home have been vacated. These dwellings shall remain unoccupied i <br /> until the well has been installed and found'to meet Title 22 of the California Safe Drinking <br /> Water Act, <br /> 3. Extension cords and garden hoses were again viewed to be connecting utilities to a RV. <br /> Disconnect the utilities. Provide the services per code and under permit from the Community E <br /> Development Department at 1810 E. Hazelton, Stockton, Ca 95205. <br /> 4. A contract has been obtained with Keith Gross to install the required well.
