Hwy 12 r <br /> Lodi, Ca 95240 <br /> x <br /> Re: January 19,2000 notice concerning Jacobs Market and rentals, 13389 W. Hwy 12, Lodi Ca <br /> A follow- up inspection occurred on March 8, 2000 at this location, with regards to the <br /> corrections required of you to provide potable water at this property. The inspection found the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Jacobs Market was closed and posted as such. This facility shall remain closed until the well <br /> has been installed and found to meet the standards for a Transient Non-Community Water <br /> System. (TNCWS) <br /> 2. The home and mobile home have been vacated. These dwellings shall remain unoccupied <br /> until the well has been installed and found to meet Title 22 of the California Safe Drinking <br /> Water Act. <br /> 3. Extension cords and garden hoses were again viewed,to be connecting utilities to a RV. <br /> Disconnect the utilities. Provide the services per code and under permit from the Community <br /> Development Department at 1810 E.`Hazelton, Stockton, Ca 95205. <br /> 4. A contract has been obtained with Keith Gross to install the required well.
