1 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1100015 <br /> Kampgrounds of America <br /> Entertainment Permit Application No. PA-1100015 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on June 7, 2011. The effective date of approval is June 17, <br /> 2011. This approval will expire on December 16, 2012, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building <br /> permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> have been secured and remain in force. <br /> E <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those. Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: John Funderburg, 468-3160) <br /> a. IMPROVEMENT PLAN: APPLICATION-IMPROVEMENT PLAN". The Site Plan required as a part <br /> of the improvement plan must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or licensed architect. This <br /> Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, <br /> signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the"SITE PLAN CHECK LIST"for <br /> details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for an Entertainment Permit for an existing restaurant and <br /> bar as shown on the site plan dated January 24, 2011. <br /> c. HOURS OF OPERATION: All entertainment establishments shall be closed and all patrons shall <br /> vacate the premises between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m_, except that as part of a New Year <br /> celebration, entertainment establishments may remain open until 3:00 a.m. on January 1 st. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1085.8 [a]) <br /> d. HOURS OF OPERATION (RESPONSIBLE PERSON): A Responsible Person must be present <br /> in the entertainment establishment during all hours that the entertainment establishment is open <br /> I and offering entertainment. (Development Title Section 9-1085.8 [c]) <br /> e. NOISE ABATEMENT: Outdoor establishments shall comply with the requirements of section 9- <br /> 1025.9. <br /> f. ORDERLY DISPERSAL REQUIRED: Each Responsible Person shall use reasonable efforts to <br /> cause the orderly dispersal of patrons from the vicinity of the establishment at closing time. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1085.14) <br /> g. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ON PREMISES: <br /> (1) It is unlawful for any person to bring an alcoholic beverage onto the premises unless such <br /> action is allowed by the entertainment establishment's ABC license. <br /> i <br /> (2) It is unlawful for any Responsible Person to allow any person to bring an alcoholic beverage <br /> onto the premises unless such action is allowed by the entertainment establishment's ABC <br /> license.
