OWNER: Lane Residence ADDRESS: 20530 E. Hwy 12 LOCATION: 500 yds west of proposed residence. AGE OF HOUSE: 44 years, septic system same. SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, consists of a 1200 gallon septic tank, 1 leach line and dry well (depth unknown). No problems with system. OWNER: Marden Wilber (Caretaker of Rental Property) ADDRESS: 20500 E. Hwy 12 LOCATION: 250 yds WNW of proposed residence. AGE OF HOUSE: approximately 50 years, septic system same. SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, consists of a 1200 gallon septic tank, 1 leach line and dry well (depth unknown), have had no problems with system. In addition to the above residences,there are two other neighbors who are in reasonable close proximity to the subject property. One is presently under construction. Both are or will be utilizing individual on site sewage disposal systems. The two neighbors were interviewed and this information is presented next: OWNER: Teichert Land Co., Caretaker/Renter: Aldo Vigano ADDRESS: 20913 E. Hwy 12. LOCATION: 400 yds NNE of proposed residence. AGE OF HOUSE: at least 60 years SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, consists of a septic tank, leach lines and dry wells (depth unknown). System functions very good. OWNER: Larsehyfhjn ADDRESS: 36713 N Soklliowles Rd. LOCATION: Approximately 400 yds east. AGE OF HOUSE: Under construction, septic system has not been installed yet. SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, will consist of a septic tank, 3 - 75 foot leach lines and dry wells (25 feet deep). V. GROUND WATER DEPTH AND TESTING According to the map of "Lines of Equal Depth to Water in Wells" published spring of 1990 by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, the depth to groundwater at this location is between 130 and 140 feet. There are three operating wells on the subject property. A water sample was obtained from the well j closest to the proposed homesite (see Tentative Parcel Map) at 4:15 pm on May 13, 1991. The sample was i submitted to the laboratory and tested for the presence of Nitrate. A copy of the test results is contained in the Appendix. The results indicate that nitrates are below the MCL (maximum contaminate level) allowed by law. Due to the present and past use of the subject and surrounding property (livestock grazing), it was not felt necessary to test the well water for DBCP and EBD contamination. cesc 2
