On a street map showing the location of the subject property,a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries, L and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address ranges for all streets within the quarter mile. All agency databases searchable by address are then searched for these address ranges. The subject property was listed on LUST database, and no additional Laddresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on any of the databases. The address of 20913 Highway 12 was listed on the LUST list;the site name is listed as Teichert&Sons. Information provided in the database indicates that this case is involved a gasoline release to the soil only and is currently a closed case.
