On a street map showing the <br /> location of the subject property,a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries, <br /> L and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address ranges for all streets <br /> within the quarter mile. All agency databases searchable by address are then searched for these address <br /> ranges. <br /> I <br /> L 13.1.1 Regional(hater Quality Control Board <br /> NOA reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST)list (October 2005), the Water Purveyors <br /> L Quarterly Report on MTBE(October 2005),and the Spills,Leaks,Investigations, and Cleanups(SL-TC)list(V <br /> Quarter 2005) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB)'in <br /> i an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release <br /> >• of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter mile <br /> radius of the subject property. The subject property was listed on LUST database, and no additional <br /> Laddresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on any of the databases. <br /> The address of 20913 Highway 12 was listed on the LUST list;the site name is listed as Teichert&Sons. <br /> Information provided in the database indicates that this case is involved a gasoline release to the soil <br /> only and is currently a closed case. <br /> L1' 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> According to Kim Blackwell of the EHD,one file was available for the subject property addresses listed <br /> Lin Section 1.1.5 <br /> The file is for a UST removal at 20913 E. Highway 12,Clements,California. The UST was discovered <br /> ' in 1990,and the 630 gallon tank was removed in 1991. Following the removal of the tank,additional <br /> 6. hydrocarbonp acre d.
