Mr. Craig indicated during the site visit on November <br /> 14,2005 that one septic system and one domestic well are currently in use on the property. He stated <br /> that an industrial well is used for irrigating the vineyards. <br /> ✓The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on November 1,2005 in an effort to obtain copies <br /> Lof permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property;Y�several permits were found See <br /> Appendix F. A permit for a replacement pump for an industrial well on the subject site was issued on <br /> September 28, 1984.A septic system was repaired for the northern residences at 20899 State Highway <br /> L 12 in 1980. A permit to replace the agricultural well pump in APN 023-110-08&09 was obtained on <br /> August 27, 1984. A new septic system installation permit was issued for the residence in 1994. <br /> L /3.1.7 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> L The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR)well map W6-1" was <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are <br /> I depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> L / <br /> V 3.1.8 Site Reconnaissance <br /> L <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on November 14,2005. Photographs <br /> of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is <br /> L attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> L /The subject property was observed to be comprised of three distinct terraces. The upper terrace <br /> included two residences, two garages,and a barn. The upper terrace is planted to vineyard. Adjacent <br /> to the western garage are two aboveground petroleum storage tanks. There is no secondary <br /> L containment around these two tanks.
