L <br /> LNovember 18, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05144A/ <br /> L13.2 Past On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> I <br /> LNo potential above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were <br /> identified from past uses of the site,except for the following: <br /> LAgricultural chemicals have been applied to the subject property. <br /> 1 <br /> L Teichert Aggregates had an underground storage tank at the site. This release was discovered <br /> and contaminated soils where removed,based on the county files reviewed. <br /> 1 <br /> L <br /> • Lead-based paint and asbestos containing material may have been used on the barn,garage and <br /> residences at the subject property based on there apparent age. <br /> L <br /> • Beneath the site and fill material maybe dredge tailings from mining activities in the area. The <br /> L tailings may contain elevated amounts of metals, or other chemicals commonly used during <br /> /r mining activities of that time. <br /> ` V3.3 Current On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> L No above-or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from <br /> current uses of the site,except for the following: <br /> • Agricultural chemicals continue to be applied on the property. <br /> L <br /> • There are currently two above ground storage tanks on-site.
