Row crops <br /> can be seen on the south side of the subject property,and along the central and northeastern portions <br /> L of the subject property. Water crops (i.e. asparagus) arc planted on the western side of the subject <br /> property. Several structures and a residence are shown on the south side of the subject property near <br /> Highway 12. A second apparent residence is located in the northeastern portion of the subject property. <br /> LA road is located along part of the eastern boundary which provides access to the second residence <br /> from Highway 12. Several dirt access and maintenance roads are located throughout the subject <br /> property. The Mokelumne River borders the northwestern property line.
