The central,western <br /> and northern portions of the property have been dredged or scoured and tailing piles are located <br /> L through this area. Little vegetation can be seen in this portion of the subject property. The second <br /> residence appears to have been removed. A transfer station for the aggregate business is seen in the <br /> northeastern portion of the subject property. The immediate vicinity of the subject property appears <br /> Lrelatively unchanged from the previous photo. <br /> In the 1963 photo, Highway 88 can be seen along the western edge of the subject property. The <br /> Ltransfer station is no longer visible. The subject property and its immediate vicinity otherwise appear <br /> Lrelatively unchanged from the previous photo. <br /> I In the 1975 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity appear relatively unchanged from the <br /> L previous photo. <br /> p/ In the 1983 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity appear relatively unchanged from the <br /> L previous photo. There are some new dirt roads though the subject property and there are several new <br /> residential houses adjacent to the eastern property line. <br /> 1. /'In the 1993 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity appear relatively unchanged from the <br /> previous photo. <br /> L ✓These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land uses is <br /> limited by the scale and quality of the photos. <br /> i <br /> /2.3 USGS Topographic Maps <br /> One 7.5 minute map dated 1991 was available through Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> L <br /> ✓In the 1991 map, the central and northeastern portions of the subject property are depicted as being <br /> dredge tailings. Orchards are located along the western portion of the subject property. The <br /> L topography varies from approximately 89 feet above mean sea level (amsl) to approximately 150 feet <br /> amsl. The property slopes to the northwest toward Mokelumne River.
