The <br /> 10 acre parcel , Parcel 2 is covered in my earlier Soil <br /> Suitability Study for Parcel Map LA-91 -40 , Parcel 2 , <br /> containing 40 acres . <br /> a <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of <br /> the Soil Profile and Percolation tests conducted on the Robert J. <br /> t and Joan C. Campbell property located at 21409 East State Highway <br /> Route 12, Cements , California. <br /> Existing Septic System: <br /> r <br /> I <br /> Existing San Joaquin County Records were reviewed for <br /> properties in the general area of the subject property . No permit <br /> was found for the subject property . Eight (8) permits were studied <br /> covering other properties in the general area. Four (4) permits <br /> were for leach field installations . One ( 1 ) permit was for adding <br /> an additional leach line. The remaining three (3) permits were for <br /> constructing leach lines with pits at their ends . Not all permits <br /> recorded the soil. types , but those listed were sandy loam and <br /> hardpan . These septic systems were installed between August 20 , <br /> 1973 and October 18 , 1988 . No failures or repairs were noted on <br /> these facilities since their installation. <br /> Existing Land Use : <br /> A mobile home is in place as a homesite on Parcel 2 on the <br /> land immediately adjacent to and south of Parcel No. 1 . The land <br /> surrounding the mobile home as well as Parcel 1 is devoted to the <br /> agricultural pursuit of raising angus cattle . <br /> Soil Pr file Test : <br /> J <br /> Excavation to a depth of 8 1 /2 feet was performed for the Soil <br /> Prof i 1 e i nvest i gat i on on Parce 1 No . 1 , at the 1 ocat i on shown on the <br /> attached "Parcel Map" . Only one ( 1 ) basic soil layer was found in <br /> excavating to this depth . It was noted to be a brown, sandy loam <br /> soil .
