CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-92-17 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> f . All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) . <br /> h. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed <br /> by a statement on the Parcel Map (Subdivision Map Act Section <br /> 66411. 1) . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map indicating the area is suitable <br /> for septic tank usage on Parcel #1 . <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcel #1 <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. On the Improvement Plan show the existing well and sewage <br /> disposal area on Parcel #2 . <br /> 3 . COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a . Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or <br /> annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal <br /> board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which <br /> action is brought within the time provided for in Section <br /> 66499 . 37 of the Government Code. <br />
