Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) h. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: a. A soil suitability study, as required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d), shall be performed prior to approval of the Parcel Map to indicate that the area is suitable for a septic tank system. b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State approved laboratory. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) C. Construct individual sewage disposal systems on Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, and the designated remainder under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) d. Construct individual domestic water wells on Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, and the designated remainder under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Development Title Section 9-1115.3) e. Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. All existing wells, septic systems, mobile homes, and other structures shall be shown on the Parcel Map. 4. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION: a. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section 9-1230.8 of the County's Development Title, the developer shall pay fees for park development. 5. STATE DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME: a. In carrying out the operations of the project, the applicant shall take no action that violates the provisions of the California Endangered Species Act or any other laws or regulations pertaining to the protection of the Swainson's hawk. Compliance with said laws shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant, and the applicant shall agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the County harmless from and against any claim or action by affected State agencies as to the project's compliance with said laws.
